The program will investigate:

• Trends in the numbers of unhoused in the county and where and how homelessness impacts businesses, residents and public places 

• Adequacy of current levels of services to meet those needs and impacts of impending funding cuts

• Collaborations among nonprofits and county homeless services to prevent and reduce homelessness, and data to indicate which measures are succeeding
